Schlage deadbolt model BE369

Installed the above Schlage lock and added the device with Veralite. When i went into the software i saw the following:

Arm Bypass
Trigger Reset Restart
Off On

I dont think this is the link I am supposed to see. Can someone help me? I have tried removing the lock and connection in Vera without success and also tried to reinstall the lock. I am new at this could use a little guidence.

Hi Dana, I’m not sure how you “installed” the lock or where you were in “the software” but locks require a very specific procedure and can not just be included like a light switch. Search the wiki for the procedure for your lock and follow it exactly, you will probably have to exclude the lock from Vera before you try again, you may even have to follow the “factory reset” procedure from the lock documentation before it will include correctly, good luck and if you need more help post back with the exact procedure you followed
