Has anyone had any luck with notifications (set up via GUI interface NOT luup scripting) with the Schlage BE369? If so, which ones work/not work for you? Please post your experiences so we can make this an FAQ for this device. I tried the incorrect PIN code notification and was never notified.

I have a different model Schlage lockset, but keep in mind that (at least with my model) a “bad pin code” notification is only sent after 3 sequential bad pin entries. The lock itself will also flash red and initiate a lock out period.

I was unaware of what constitutes a “bad PIN code”. I guess I’ll have to test it out. I’ll post any other findings. I thought it was a bad idea to post the detailed instructions on the web only…

The notifications on my schlage lockset have stopped entirely since upgrading to UI5

Mine did, too. I clicked “Configure node right now” in setup and it started working again.

I have a Vera 2 UI4. The Schlage lock has never sent a notification. I’d like to know how others are making notifications work. My Kwikset locks work great.

My notifications have been working up until this Monday when I lost total communication to my lock (story for another thread). I have used UI4 with it for about 14 months.

mine have been stable and working in UI4 for over a year
