Schalge locks not sending notifications on PIN entered (VeraPlus)

I moved form Vera3 (where this was working) to VeraPlus.

Now, it’s totally hit and miss as to whether I get notifications when the locks are opened.

On the device page, I see
sl_UserCode is UserID=“1” UserName=“John”
UserID=“1” UserName=“John”

But 90% of the time, there’s no sl_UserCode entry at all.

I have unpaired, and re-added the locks, and for a while that worked, but now it’s not.

It looks like one lock is missing the following parameters:

sl_PinProgramSuccess
sl_UserCode

How do I add them to the device? All other fields look the same…

Did you unpair and pair the lock on the VeraPlus ?

There are a lot of devices that “Report Back” events that will only report back to the device that they were paired with.
So if you do a controller shift to copy the devices from your previous Vera to your Plus … the devices will NOT send updates to the Plus.

The variables are created when they are needed … (i.e. when they need to be updated through some activity).

Yep - I had to un-pair and then re-include all of my battery powered devices when moving to the plus.

I even factory reset the 2 locks during the process. It’s so weird - now the one lock is still OK - but the front door one is now showing a Manufacturer as “IR Sec. & Safety”

So I hit the 6 digit admin cod eon the lock and then went into the device/advanced and hit ‘Configure’.

Now it just says: ‘Please wait! Getting the manufacturer’.

Confused on ho to get this thing to configure (again).
