scenes with "after 1 hour"- logic?

I think I know the answer but just want to confirm.

I have a scene(based on a timer- lets say 1 o’clock ) that raises my heat setpoint to one number (66) then “after one hour” raises it another number (68).

If someone fiddles with the thermostat after the setpoint went to 66 but not yet to 68. Lets say they set it to 70 at 1:30. when 2 o’clock rolls around will it go to 68(completing the scene) or stay at 70 (the manually adjusted temp)?

there’s no right nor wrong in my head- I just want to know how the thing behaves so I can set my scenes accordingly

It might be easier to understand if your rephrase your question to say “Set to 66” then “Set to 68” instead of “raise to 66”.

So when the hour is up, your “Set to 68” will occur, regardless what a human or another scene has done to the thermostat.
