Is Vera compatible with satellite Internet services such a Wildblue or Hughes Net? ???
Has anyone had issues with the findvera.com service using satellite Internet or accessing Vera using DYNDNS directly with a satellite based ISP

Vera supports Static/Dynamic and PPPOe internet connection.
The Satellite Internet Provider gives you a modem, if behind this you need to configure your pc using one of above methods, then Vera will work with your Satellite Internet Provider.
Well, Vera is up and running on the home network, indicator light shows she has internet access but i can access findvera.com service. I activated the unit with a user name and password which it said was accepted, but no luck.
Connect your computer behind Vera ( on Vera’s lan ports )
Ping findvera.com and ra1.findvera.com . Do you get replays from them? Do you have loses?
Be sure that if you have another router in front of Vera, it doesn;t have a very restrictive firewall and it allow connections from internal lan to all the findvera.com and ra1.findvera.com ports.
Check if you need to lower Vera’s MTU according to your satellite provider configurations.
