I was a long time user of Homeseer andThe RFXcom devices.
I’ve been using RFX meters to monitor my whole house electricity and gas use for many years.
The RFXtrx app does a great job with the 2 RFX-meters that I own. It logs the pulse correctly and enables me to see the exact values of my Elec/Gas meters.
The only the it does not do, is put a Kwh or M3 behind the readouts. (minor issue).
The problem that I’m running into is that just the meter value doesn’t mean anything to me. I would like to see the current watts, the total daily usage and so on.
I know this is not a function that the RFXtrx app should support. It should only log pulses and timestamps. But how do I get these readings into to a device that show current power consumption, or total daily usage?
Datamine is great, but it needs it data pre-formatted, it can’t calculate daily usage. (afaik)
Any ideas?
