I installed ui7 and didn’t like it so went back to ui5. Now simple wave will not connect anymore, it just sits there on the welcome screen. I suspect that it’s still trying to connect to my Vera they ui7 methods and can’t find it. How do I get around this?
On the login screen, tap in the lower right corner of the screen until you see a popup message asking to confirm deleting your credentials.
If your username/password is the same for UI7 & UI5, this probably wont work, let me know and I’ll reset your account (assuming you are on premium).
My username is the same and I am on premium. Tried what you suggested and a no go. Username is the as here. Thank you
