resizing webpage screen

Hello,

Is there a way to resize a webpage, so it fits on a dashboard tile?

This is the url:

I think the only solution is to create your own html which displays the elements you want, and the size you want and host that html on your own server…

What I want to display is the weather radar , those are 15 minutes snapshots played in a loop.

Good idea of making a own html page,
