Resetting EZMotion

How do you reset an EZ Motion 3 in 1 or HSM sensor?

The manual says press and hold the side button, but holding for 10s, 20s, 30s, does nothing.

I think it might be associated with the In-law’s vera (200 miles away) as i was using it for testing.
I’ve tried excluding it from my edge and lite, and both say node found and removed. Neither vera’s find the node trying to add it though.

Any advice?

Had that with 3 (three!) devices… all 3 turned out broken and were replaced by my supplier.

I now use fibaro motion sensors.

Bu99er.
I’ve got 2 fibaros and love them. These EZmotions are older before I knew the difference.

It will be a shame to bin them.
