I’m at my wit’s end with this and hope you can help me. I purchased the Veralite late last year and registered it, as per the instruction that came with it, thru micasaverde.com/setup. All is well. I was able to see it when I log in.
I just recently moved and tried to relog back in with no dice. So I’ve reseted my Veralite using the button and also dis-associate the veralite thru getvera.com site. I’m trying to re-add the unit using the serial number and the MAC address and the site is freezing up.
I’m able to log in locally but not thru the site.
I’ve also registered thru cp.mios.com and having the same issue where the site cant see my veralite.
Thoughts?
