Reset a new Vera / Mosi box

Received new Vera Mosi box that has a reset button. Can anyone advise how one is to reset this box? Documentation is next to nothing forcing a move to start over. Unable to access it at all at the present. Thanks

Update: Tech Support got their arms around this and and replacement is to be shipped.

Are you saying that Tech Support was unable to help you reset the box and are instead shipping you a new one?

Could not get the box to reset In trying to do a reset it might have been the the right combination of button presses wiped the software. Anyhow that is what tech support thought.
