Dear all,
i just changed the batteries in my door lock and after the change vera 3 shows me the old level of battery (almost decharged) so i was thinking if there is a way to reset the battery status.

Did you try to change the status of the lock (for example lock or unlock the door). Or something to cause the lock to wake up and report back to Vera?

yes i tried but nothing change 
try to do a “poll now.” or wait until Vera polls the device, eventually the battery status gets updated.
I changed the batteries in my Kwikset a few weeks ago. When I put in the fresh batteries the lock worked fin but still reported the batteries being almost dead. I pulled them out to make sure I had them right in the pack which they were and re-inserted into the lock set. This time the battery level reset to full. Not sure why this happened. This was my first battery change.
