Replace harmony remote wiTh Vera

I was wondering if it was possible to setup Vera to do the following:

Turn on tv, av receiver, and DTV box. Use Siri to change channels, turn volume up and down etc, basically replace my harmony remote using Vera, Siri, and prob a rasp pi.

I saw the ability to change channels but didn’t see how it was accomplished.

I am not a programmer so any help would be appreciated.

I ended up getting griffin Beacon and it will do everything when paired via bluetooth. Only downside is response is slow and it runs in batteries.
