Repair network and losing my devices

Hello All

I went to Z-wave device > Repair and I pressed GO!
and after a while my browser is full with red and blue warnings!
I lost connecting to all zwave devices, for 2 two days I am unable to make my vera function
anyone has a solution for me?

Were they working fine before the heal? did you move vera a lot? Make sure some devices are near the vera. Are the nearby devices reporting problems too?

All working fine, except for the multi sensor
i didn’t move anything, i left home and came back with no devices are working
not a single one

Did you experience any type of power outage? Sounds to me the z-wave chip got corrupted and needs to be restored from a backup.

I had to remove and then re add all the devices :frowning:
i kept 3 devices for troubleshooting and investigation
This the second time this happens

After Healing i loose my zwave network

Why did you try healing our network? Why would you try again id it doesn’t work the first time?

i was adding a device like once every week, so i wanted to improve the routing table
since all people talking about “healing network” and since i heard that each day at 2 Am the network will do an automatic healing
so why it be a problem?

Could you identify what specific Vera hardware (Vera 2, Vera 3, etc) and the firmware you were using when this happened?

vera 2 firmware 1.1.1350

I also adde my devices one by one over multiple month, I never used “heal network”. You’re right, of course it shouldn’t be a problem, but I would not try a second time if it messed up my network on the first try.

it is either the vera or the user :smiley:

anyway i will NEVER PRESS THAT “GO” button again
at least for this month :slight_smile:
