Remove TZ45 from ADT Pulse

I currently have RCS TZ45 paired with ADT Pulse.

How do I remove (exclude) from ADT Pulse so I can then pair with Veralite

Are you able to see the remove option via the menu on the T-stat?
You can remove the ADT Pulse controller connection from the T-stat by putting Vera into exclude mode and click remove from network on the T-stst, you can then put Vera into include mode and add the T-stat.

I’m not familiar with ADT Pulse for a “How To” on removing the T-stat instance from it…
