Does the Vera system work with any remotes or is it only able to be controlled via CPU or mobile devices? I’m looking to control my kwikset locks and GE switches via remote. I have a Vera 3, any help would be appreciated!
I use both GE 45601 and Intermatic HA07C remotes with my Vera 2 running UI4. Since you are on UI5 you can also use the Aeon Labs Minimote, which I have but haven’t installed since it requires UI5. Search for some of these devices on the forum and you will get information on setup and use.
I’m sure there are others but those are the one’s I have experience with.
I can really recommend the Aeotec’s (old Name = AeonLabs) MiniMote too.
