FYI-
I’m getting refreshing errors. This was under 6.2 which took a long time to try again and under 6.2.1 which looked to be updated today. Tried to refresh multiple times much much quicker but still no joy (I stopped at 33 attempts).
There have been a fair few sporadic issues with Vera’s servers over the last week, which is likely the problem. Otherwise, if you have just upgraded to 6.2.1, you will need to log out, and then back in as it will be caching the previous server details (which MCV kindly updated with no notification).
I uninstalled 6.2 last night after the issues. I re installed today to test 6.2.1 to test it out. Still had me logged in though. Also, the splash intro wouldn’t load (just a blank square).
Tried logging out and logging back in like you suggested and can report it refreshed fine. Thanks.
I have the same issue, if I log out and re-login it refreshes and it works for a while, have to do it all over again for it to work again.
My other 2 apps work fine when this happens to VeraMate.

I believe I’ve found some more differences for UI6 which could cause this to not refresh properly. It’s quite hard to replicate and pinpoint the cause, but I’ve just released the next major upgrade which will hopefully be released in 7/8 days now.
