Help!
I’m getting ‘Device failed to configure’ and ‘Unable to get any information on node’ messages when I go to
the dashboard and click on the lock icon. Pretty sure I followed the instructions for adding the device.
Also pretty sure that the Kwikset is the correct one. Using Vera 2 and not very technical-savvy.

When you including the lock with vera, you will need to make sure that the unit is close to the lock (say 1 foot) and let it sit there for a bit when doing the including. If you let Vera sit for a bit, it will eventually configure the lock. Locks are tricky as they need to exchange additional information when being included and can take some time.
