Rebuild vera lite, cannot reconnect my zwave

Hi,
as my subject says. I wanted to rebuild my vera from scratch (becourse of spontanius reboots), so I made a factory restore.
Now I cannot add my existing zwave equipment to the system.
Maybe its already bound to another system?

What should I do?
I have already mailed the support weeks ago with no answer.

You’ll need to exclude each device before you can re-include them.

Exclude from what?

I dont have them in my vera after factory restore.
I didnt want to use the backup with all “junk” that was in there.

Is there any way to add them again?

You can re-exclude or reset each device before including with any controller.

The device also stores the information on which controller it is paired with. So even if you get rid of or if you bought a used sensor, or old controller broke. You can still use your new controller to clear out, unpair or “EXCLUDE” the information in the device, that way it can now be included to the new device.
