My clamps are no longer updating but the HEM itself is. Has anyone seen this?
Yes, both my g1 and g2 meters are doing this, at least since the start of the year. The total power and energy readings are updating fine. I have report 1 set to send the main power/energy and report 3 to send the clamp data:
HEMg1:
101: 13
103: 6912
111: 15
113: 60
HEMg2:
101: 770
102: 6145
111: 15
112: 60
Yes. Mine did that too after about a year.
After changing every setting I could think of, I eventually excluded and then re added the device. Everything has been working fine since.
Observing the same problem only after a week. Seems like a problem with vera since the data is coming from the clamps fine but it does not display them…
I made the mistake of typing a variable into one of the leg’s advanced tab and “froze” that leg’s readings…even though the total was still registering. I restored a back-up from the previous day and was saved the pain of figuring out how to fix it.
There are others who talk about resetting the values to restart the values. good luck.
Mine also stopped updating for no reason. I excluded/included the HEM and it is all back to normal.
Has anybody figured out how to correct this issue when only one of the electrical leg quit reporting correctly? I have two HEM’s and both Leg 1’s quit reporting soon after the UI7 update last week.
I tried resetting the meter reading using a scene LUUP code, but this only reset the working leg and primary device
Can you delete a secondary device or do you have to delete the entire HEM from network and re add it to network again?
Same happened to me… but I saw on this forum an easier repair than excluding/including again… Just send the “reconfigure device now” command to the parent device (Devices/Advanced/)
Not sure this applies to you but For reference see http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,12914.msg220854.html#msg220854
I had the same problem but didn’t notice it for several days. I Excluded/Included the device again and everything resumed.
I subsequently added a notification process, if updates are not received within 5 minutes it sends a SMS to my phone so if it happens again at least I’ll know about it sooner
Clipper,
How did you make it sense that update has not been received?
