Reactor Starting and Updating repeats

I have a sensor that turns off lights at 11:30 its working ok but when I check the Reactor logs I get this

2020-10-22 04:25:00: Sensor update starting
2020-10-22 04:25:00: Sensor update completed; 0.015s

not sure why its doing this is it just checking, because I have noticed this on a couple of other reactor sensors as well

Any change on any device mentioned in the ReactorSensor’s conditions will cause a re-evaluation/update.

Ok thanks, these are just zwave switches on and off, so nothing manual happening to change the state could this be like polling from my vera
