Reactor not showing "Not Between" conditions

Not sure if this is a bug?
I’ve been trying to debug a Time Condition in a reactor which fails to Fire at the correct time.
It is a condition that crossed over Midnight and I set the condition as between 2200 & 0600
The 0600 wouldn’t fire so I thought of using the old PLEG trick of NOT.
I can set the NOT Between 0600 & 2200 but when saved the second part of the condition is only displayed until saved.
Note the next condition only displays the first part of the NOT condition

The Status window shows the complete Condition.

Unless something is on fire, that would be August at the earliest. Hotfix coming…
