I just received a Vera Edge today with the intention of repurposing my old ADT Pulse equipment. I was able to get Vera to find my RC8021 camera, snapshots work but streaming doesn’t work. There was another post with a similar question that seemed to have fixed the problem, but I think I’m missing something.

Did you get this to work? I have the same camera that I need to hook up to my system. What steps did you follow for the initial setup?
I have a Lowes/IRIS RC8021. Yes I have a hub. V2.0
I wanted to access the camera directly by it’s IP address.
I reset the camera but could never get past the admin user name and password.
So I reconfigured it to work with Iris again.
Then I discovered that the cameras details page on the IRIS app gives you the username and password, IP address of camera (which you should already know from your router - make it a static address). It also gives a streaming path.
I have successfully accessed my RC8021 camera directly. This gets rid of the 10 second lag going through IRIS servers - the camera is now real time.
I use IP CAM Soft basic on my iPhone. It is in the iTunes store. I can view multiple cameras on my phone.
The IP Cam software does not yet support the RC8021 camera but has other Sercomm cameras. Hopefully they will have it soon.
I’m currently viewing 3 IP cameras and reserving the 4th spot for my RC8021 camera using this software.
