Either I’m a total moron or its the system that behaves like one?

I have a Vera Plus with a couple of Qubino 2 relays installed. Each Qubino show up as a Parent with two child devices, fair enough.

The main (mega) problem is that I don’t understand how they are working. In some cases I’ll need to turn on the parent device in the UI7 GUI, then both devices will be turned on (they will are presented as turned off in the GUI). When I want to turn on only one of the devices, then I need to turn on the parent, then both childs and then turn off the unwanted device. I can just imagine what the neighbors are thinking about the flashing from my house.

The second problem with the Qubinos are that energy metering is working like crap, I can only see one value, namely on the parent. The parent value changes and shows the total consumption during a couple of seconds, then the value switches to show only for one of the devices.

What the h…k is going on? I’ve been in the software business for 30 years and can not even imagine how bad things are behaving. If my company would have released something like this, we’d be out of business within weeks.

Mine work Ok on My Vera Plus, I can individually turn on or off the child devices from a scene or pleg. I haven’t made any changes out of the box. The only issue I have is the same as you with the power metering.??

No update on this issue or did you get it to work? I just installed a Qubino Flush 2 Relays switch and have the exact same problem. Running Vera Edge with latest firmware.

I’ve had bad problems with Vera Edge and the Qubino flush 2 relays for about 6 months now. Every so often one will go on teh first and not respond (or both lights will respond when I turn one on) and every so often, the device will jsut drop itself from the system entirely. Vera support has looked at my logs and contends their system is fine and I must have some wireless interference in the hose (which magically doesn’t impact any other device type). Boo.
