Qubino Dimmer vs Relay for Light Switch

I’m wanting to add another Qubino to control the bathroom light, which is a 14w LED bulb as below.

I do not need/want dimming functionality offered by the Dimmer, but am not sure if the Relay has equal/sufficient support for light bulbs.

I currently have Qubino dimmers around the house, but mainly have them configured to act as pure on/off. Should I just get another Dimmer and configure it this way, or, will the relay do the same thing?

Ultimately, there’s little difference in cost, but I’m just concerned about the Dimmer & LED combo, even though the Qubino’s are great at handling LED, hence considering the Relay.

A relay is basically a standard contact to switch the supply to the load. A dimmer has electronics in series with the load. The electronics of a dimmer can often clash with the way an LED bulb works. A relay will work on loads in the same way as an old fashioned light switch.
That said, most dimmers are fine with LED loads as long as they are not dimmed.

There will be no conflict.

Personally, I’d go for a dimmer, just for the ambience factor… ;D
