Problems connecting my UI7 Veralite to the Mobile IOS Ver app

Upgraded my UI5 system to UI7 Created a new logon at the Login site. I upgraded to UI7 and got everything working from my computer. I downloaded the IOS Vera app for UI7. Everytime I try to logon to the mobile Iphone Vera app I get the following response: Login failed please try again.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions?

I too am having the exact same issue. Tried changing the password to no avail. I can connect to all the other sites with my password, but not the Vera IOS app.

I ended up setting up a new account and attaching my VeraLite and it worked.
