Hi
Last week I went through the process of upgrading my Vera 3 box running UI5 to a VeraPlus box running UI7. On the whole, the transfer went fairly smoothly, but am having trouble with my two PLTS devices. I should point out that the PLEG transfer went pretty smoothly too, and have since registered the new PLEG devices accordingly.
Now, when I go to view my PLTS devices in UI7 on my new box, I cannot do anything with them as all screens report the same kind of error, namely:
Control screen: appears to work ok
Inputs screen: Error executing function plts_Inputs(): plts_Inputs is not a function
Conditions screen: Error executing function plts_Conditions(): plts_Conditions is not a function
Actions screen: Error executing function plts_Actions(): plts_Actions is not a function
Register screen: Error executing function plc_Register(): Cannot read property ‘replace’ of undefined
You get the general idea. I’ve tried updating PLTS manually, and even uninstalled and reinstalled PLTS completely. But with no joy.
It’s frustrating as I’m desperately trying to take my Vera3 out of service, but at the moment, I cannot do this as I rely on two PLTS devices to handle my domestic hot water.
Can anyone offer any advice?
If I look at my PLEG devices, I can view all screens successfully (including the registration page), but as soon as I access the PLTS pages, my PLEG device pages seem to go AWOL, too… ![]()
