Problem submitting fault reports to MCV?

I wanted to submit two fault reports this morning via the Customer Care tab in UI7. The first report was submitted and resulted in the ‘Success’ screen, followed a couple of minutes later by a confirmation email. The second report was submitted in the same way and resulted in the same ‘Success’ screen but I got no confirmation email. I submitted again with the same result. I’m assuming these reports have not been logged by MCV tech support.

This happened last week too, but I assumed it was a one-off. Apparently not.

Anyone else had this problem?
