I just added a Panasonic BL-C30A camera to Vera. It did not work, so I began troubleshooting.
What I found was that the variables that are automatically setup were incorrect.
If you click into the advanced settings, you see a variable called “urn:micasaverde-com:serviceId:Camera1” with a value of dcepass. This should be called “Password”.
To fix this, I followed the instructions on this page: http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php?topic=1466.msg4940#msg4940
I added one service/variable/value set for Password, and the camera began working.
This page is also how I figured out what was wrong (after visiting many other pages/threads as well).
I am on firmware 939 (I have not gone to 979).
