PROBLEM ISSUE Firmware Flash Vera EDGE NOT WORKING

I have some issue with my vera edge.

First Scenario: I turn on vera. Power led blinking, rest of led are off ( ethernet, wifi, z-wave and service). Why? I dont know. Could you help me!

Second scenario: I press reset button and the same time I plug vera to power.
Wifi, Service and Zwave led is on. Power and Ehternet blinking. Why?

I tried to do initially a factory reset and vera wont start again after my reset!

I think the firmware is corupted!

Any solution to repair my vera? Or to rerwrite the firmware version using a conection LAN and a tool ( exist ??? ) can resolve my problem?

hello could you help me with support for this same case, I have read about flashing the vera edge through internal physical pins, I already have the usb cable with connection to pins but I don’t know how the process is done. Thank you
