Pro-Elec / Ecosaver switched sockets

I’ve got some cheap plug in power switches that are branded Pro-Elec (from CPC in the UK). They also seem to be available under the Ecosaver and other brands eg http://www.ecodigital.co.uk/estore/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=118

Using RFXmngr in Windows, if I enable the undecoded reception on my RFXcom RFXtrx433E I can see the commands sent by the remote eg UNDECODED ARC:1841329F

If I then use the Lighting4 tab I can send those commands and switch on and off the different units.

Lighting4 command

Packettype = Lighting4
subtype = PT2262
Sequence nbr = 29
Code = 413293 decimal:4272787
S1- S24 = 0100 0001 0011 0010 1001 0011
Pulse = 300 usec
Signal level = 0 -120dBi

Packettype = Receiver/Transmitter Message
subtype = Transmitter Response
Sequence nbr = 29
response = ACK, data correct transmitted

Does anyone know if this is compatible with anything that’s already in the Vera plugin? If not could it be added?

Here’s the full list of commands sent by the remote:
