Possible to make it that light switches will only work during particular hours?

Is this possible with the vera2?

Can I program it so that light switches will only work during particular hours? And that if someone tries to turn it on locally not during those hours, it will only stay on for “x” minutes before shutting off again.

I originally posted this in the general forum but it is more for the scripting forum.

If you use the light switch through scenes it’s possible, otherwise I can’t think of a way to do that.
