Possible to downgrade Vera3 to UI4?

I’ve used vera I, which was a great step forward,
vera II with UI4, which was okay, I guess, but had to learn a whole new UI that was different but not really all that much better

And now I have UI5… This has to be the wost change I’ve seen to Vera. No real benefit that I have found, but I must figure out how to do what was working with a whole new UI and very poor
documentation

Evidently downgrading to UI4 is not an option for Vera3, is that true?

No, UI4 is not available for Vera 3 or Vera Lite.
