Poly Lock event triggers?

I have installed Poly Lock and Poly Pad which works nicely with Vera.
It should be noted that the PolyPad comes pre-configured with a master PIN # 9889, which should immediately be changed to prevent unauthorized entry (see: http://www.poly-control.com/media/1161/Programming%20and%20setting%20up%20the%20Poly.pdf).
This should have been more clearly presented in the setup instruction :-[

After installation, 2 devices are installed:
PolyLock, with capabilities: 82,188,0,4,64,1,R,B,RS,W2|32S,98S,112S,114,115,128S,133S,134,152,
and PolyPad, with capabilities: 82,188,0,4,64,3,R,B,RS,W2|78S:1,99S,114,115,128S,133S,134,152,

The basic lock/unlock events are correctly triggered:
When the door is opened/closed using PolyPad, it triggers the event “a door is opened or closed” from the polypad device.
When the door is opened/closed using another scene controller (I use the Minimote to open and close the door from inside, it triggers the event “a door is opened or closed” from the polylock device.

However, I can’t seem to detect any others events - such as Bad Pin code entered, code entered outside of valid date, A Pin code is entered etc.
Any idea how to detect these events?

Also, is it possible to find out (and log) the Pin code (actual Pin or its serial #) last used to open the door? There is no sl_UserCode field in advanced tab.

any news?

I also can’t detect any other events! Any news on this one?

On the PolyPad Manual it says one should use zwave 2.78, but I am using 3.20, can this be the cause of error?!

This is interesting too: http://www.domotique-info.fr/2012/07/zibase2-support-digicode-polypad-zwave/

Actually Polypad doesn’t support other events.
Polycontrol is supposed to release a new firmware that will support other events this autumn.
At least it’s what support team told me but i have not news about it.

Actually this is not true. I bought my Poly Lock in October 2012 and I am getting messages if I configure notifications for indexed PIN and bad pin.
