PollNoReply GE / Jasco 45603

Hello everyone. I’ve searched the forums but am coming up empty.

I’ve got a GE Appliance Module and the device information shows 0 PollOK and 18987 PollNoReply. The other devices on the network are working fine. The modules seem to work fine and be controllable. When doing a poll test through the VeraLite UI5 it fails.

Is this something I should worry about? Could this cause issues with routing? I have a rear door lock that doesn’t update 100% of the time.

Thanks.

I don’t know if I would worry about it too much, but it does indicate a communication problem. Your Z-Wave network is likely too sparse and would benefit from additional node(s) between Vera and the lamp module.

It is likely that you unreliable lock suffers from the same or a similar issue. So adding a lamp module or other Z-Wave device would likely help your reliability.

Thanks for the reply. I actually have 22 devices including multiple Leviton switches within 10 feet. It’s showing that it sees 14 neighbors.

Would excluding and re-including possibly help? It and my thermostat 2GIG CT100 (183 PollNoReply) are the only devices which have 0 PollOk and many PollNoReply. Both device respond just fine and work with scenes.
