There does seem to be a marked improvement in general vera GUI navigation speed after enabling the plugin. Is this just my perception or actual and reasonable to expect?
The real goal is to improve system stability. Performance gains aren’t really an objective, but are always possible pleasant side-effects.

Hello timlieber, I was wondering and hoped you could answer a couple of questions for me. I see you posted that you were able to update the firmware in your ZooZ ZEN20. Nice. I think my ZEN20 may have finally died and thought if I could update the firmware somehow it may work again. I have updated firmware before using the Simplicity Studio program to other ZooZ devices. I have the VeraPlus and my ZEN20 has been working well for a few years. It is a Version 2.something. I do not know how to tell what the firmware version is. Whatever the factory supplied version at the time. Anyway the ZEN20 quit responding and even would not work if I pushed the CH1 - 5 buttons. I Was able to eventually recover it several times, I am not sure all the steps I took to do it. I do know at one time I tries Configure Now, Replace failed, and restored a backup on my VeraPlus. Right now when I power on the ZEN20 all the LED’s CH1-5 twinkle, not quite flashing. Then after being powered on for about 30 minutes all the LED’s are solid blue. I have tried the factory reset many times and nothing changes, CH1 click, click, click and hold down for at least 10 seconds. I would hate to give up on this but it may be totally toast. Any Ideas you may have to fix this will be much appreciated. Thanks so Very Much for any advise. PS the Simplicity Studio will not detect the ZEN20.
