Plugin baseline, shell plugin to build from?

Is there a baseline shell plugin, like an example or something available to use as a starting point for building a new plugin? Trying to go through what someone calls docs on the wiki site. That site is SOOOOO slow!!!

Hi,
You can look at the files of a plugin you installed on your Vera. Get the S_, D_, I and optional L_* files. This is how I got started.
