PLUG IN: Honeywell "Total Connect Comfort" WiFi thermostats Plug In:

Hello, I am looking for guidance for using the Honeywell “Total Connect Comfort” WiFi thermostats Plug In (Version 2.4) for my Vera Edge system. Setup performed smoothly but did not include all of my thermostats. I currently have 10 thermostats as part of a very large house with a complex zone system. But the plug in only pulls in the first 7 t-stats. I noticed that the “TCC” website when login in on my Windows 10 machine also only loads 7 t-states per page. I have to hit “next page” to view and control the last 3 t-stats. It may be just a coincidence but the send page of the web site for Honeywell TCC contains the same 3 t-states that do not load as part of the Vera plugin. I am curious to know if this is a known limitation with the plugin or am I just missing something. Any insight out there is greatly appreciated…

From what I can tell, it appears it can handle 12 thermostats. Try adding them manually on the Advanced tab from the plugin device, not one of the thermostat child devices. You can then refresh the plugin from the Status tab.

Which login interface are you using? I use EMEA and get all zones shown when logging on direct, do you see something different. I’m also on v2.4 of the app

Just to be clear that image is what you get when you login to the TCC website from a browser, i.e. it show the configuration of the controller you have registered with the Honeywell system, so in this case shows the zones I have defined These zones then appear in the Vera App i.e. all 12 the version of the Vera app I am using is 2.4. hope that helps.

I haven’t been home to check, but when I am I will try to take screenshots if I find something useful.

I am using TCC interface. I see on the status page where up to 12 slots appear. However, only my first 7 t-stats appear.

I am not sure I understand how to add manually from the advance page. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I finally had a chance to go into the setup on my account to find that the only selectable field to update is the Refresh Rate for the additional thermostats. I was hoping that the “t.#.ID” fields would be available for manual entry. Sadly, they are not.

It appears that one may have to jump into the XML files in order to see if they can be manually entered there. The plugin isn’t really being supported at this time by the original creator or the 2nd person that picked it up. Unfortunately, it’s out of my scope having just 1 thermostat in my setup for testing.

Thanks for all of your help. I was able to solve this issue by simply switching to MOBILE interface in lieu of TCC. All is good now.
