Suggestions for the PLEG:

  1. Show the Conditions in a Pulldown rather than entering them manually
  2. Allow Editing of Notification Message rather than deleting and re-entering manually

The Notification tab is something that is supplied by MCV,
I guess I could provide a Notification Tab UI to override their tab.
I will think about this … but I am not sure when I might do this.
