Where XXXX is all numbers.
I see that if a corrupted files is created it is never deleted … So you could have run out of space before adding the USB drive … and thats causing the problem.
Delete (or rename) the file and see if your problems go away.
[quote=“RichardTSchaefer, post:21, topic:180458”]You might check to see if you have a file like:
/tmp/log/cmh/XXXX.dat
Where XXXX is all numbers.

file does not exist
I tried removing the USB drive completely, and then re-adding it - no difference.
now I’m getting “Lua Startup Failure” after updating to 6.5 … and the devices are still not working (Bypass, etc)
I’ve been rebuilding, using the LUA scripting method BUT I ran into a major PITA… Notifications are not saved
Is there any way extract these and then import them?
When they are gone from the PLEG devices, they disappear from VeraAlerts… which is a huge part of the value chain for me. Rebuilding notifications by hand is going to take 2 hours… It already took 2 hours to prep & import the 4 of the 7 PLEGs I had.
This is very tedious and time consuming. There must be a better way.
