PLEG schedule checkboxes in UI7

Hi, hoping to get a bit of help… it could be I’m just doing something wrong but if so I can’t figure out what it is.

I am trying to set up a new schedule in UI7 - the first time I tried to do anything in PLEG since upgrading.

My problem is that after entering a name and start type of Day of Week, I am unable to select any of the day checkboxes - if I try to click on any of the boxes it briefly flickers black but will not select.

I have tried in both Chrome and Windows 10 Edge browser with the same behaviour evident (the first time I used Edge browser with Vera so no cache issue).

I have one other Day of Week schedule that carried through from the upgrade. If I edit this I can see the form page with all the day boxes checked, but if I click on any one box they all immediately are cleared and I am unable to select any of them again.

Cheers
Don

make sure you refreshed PLEG correctly after doing the upgrade. Here are the instructions: http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,14446.0.html

Hi and thanks for your suggestion - I tried this but after entering the URL get an error “BAD_PLUGIN” (and I see someone else on the thread you linked to got this same error but no resolution posted).

I get this error with any of the three links.

So what now… save the details of my current PLEG config and do an uninstall / install of PLEG?

If you uninstall PLEG you will not be able to RESTORE your old PLEG from a PLEG backup … you will have to re-create your PLEG.
If the update command did not work … POWER cycle your Vera and try again … If it still doesn’t work Call Vera Support.

I am not on the 1.7.10 release … I saw early reports and it scared me away.
My PLEG devices on my Vera Lite and my Vera Edge work properly when editing Schedules and checking days. I use Chrome.

Thanks Richard - I understand the support situation - for me UI7 has one compelling benefit so unfortunately I am obliged to stick with it for now.

I am happy to report the problem is resolved.

In case it helps someone else getting the BAD_PLUGIN error in future, the reason I got that error is because the 3 URLs are case sensitive and I’d failed to capitalise a ‘P’)

It initially looked like the checkbox problem was still there, but clearing cache and reloading a couple of times now sees it working OK.

Thanks both of you for your assistance (and Richard - thank you for this awesome plugin that makes Vera so much more capable than it would be otherwise for the LUUP-illiteratati such as myself)
