I sought out the best Android app to control LED behavior and repeat/notification reminders. After testing, the “Light Flow” app seems to be the best and most flexible.

The problem is that Light Flow currently does not support Vera Alerts. With Light Flow enabled, the LED will no longer blink. If Light Flow supported Vera Alerts, I can control the color, flash, and duration of the LED (along with reminder notifications).
