Am considering replacing a couple of our old (and ugly) fluorescent tube fixtures (laundry room, walk-in closet) with these:
http://www.pixi-lighting.com/flatlight-residential.html
They’d be fractionally more efficient at full power, but are claimed to be dimmable. The Leviton dimmer they say is approved is the 6615-P, which is a 300W low-voltage electronic. So I would expect the VRE06 to work fine, modulo the annoying 40W minimum load thing, which isn’t mentioned for the 6615-P.
Has anyone tangled with these lights? Reviews, aside from install issues, are really positive.

I was interested in this light until I go to the price. 1’X4’, 60 watts, $180 :o
Contrasted with the “ugly” fluorescent 1’X4’, 80 watts, $34.
