Panasonic BL-C131A not detected

I recently tried to add two different Panasonic BL-C131A IP cameras to my Vera3 system. I reset both cameras back to factory default before I started. I followed the instructions that I found on the Mios web site for adding Panasonic cameras but Vera3 would not detect either of the cameras even when connected by wire. I had the user/password set to dceadmin/dcepass as the instructions said. Port set at 80.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Do I need to download an app or something?

I couldn’t figure it out either. I opened a support ticket and they had it setup in less than 1 hour.
