Pan & Tilt Control issues with Panasonic BL-C111A

I just added a Schlage lock a couple of days ago after my lighting had stabilized. Today I added a Panasonic BL-C111A and Vera found it with no problem. I can get to the camera locally and remotely with one exception. I don’t seems to be able to use the Pan/Till/Zoom functions thru Vera although everything works thru the Panasonic software. Has anyone encountered this problem?

hate to ask a supid question, but you have the plguin for ptz installed right?

I have I_PanasonicPTZ.xml installed. I assumed it was the correct file.

I cannot control my camera since .882 / .899 upgrades either.

MCV went in to make the picture show, but panning not operable.

This should work. We do a pan/tilt of the Panasonic cameras in our test plan. I suggest enabling Verbose logging, trying to move the camera, and then submitting a trouble ticket.

this has been submitted twice already in the last two weeks. Remote access is still enabled.

Got a note from MCV that they have found a problem with the cam controls and will fix it in the next upgrade. No date provided.
