Paid Tunnels Died

After the recent upgrade to UI7 V1.7.569, I’m getting an alert “Paid Tunnels Died”… anyone seen this? what does it mean?

I’m seeing lots of these in my log as well.

It sounds like Vera is introducing the code, for their “eagerly anticipated” paid subscription services, to their firmware.

I recommend you contact support.

I like to contact support for real problems (just kidding… a bit). The fact that “Paid Tunnels Died” sounds like a good thing ;-).

I have some alerts like this “You have received an alert: “Paid Tunnels Died”. The ID is: 1339855502” in UI7

These are some debugging messages that should not have ended up in the customers Alerts. They are also deprecated and not showing any relevant status of your remote access tunnels.

These have started to appear after some recent changes we?ve done on our remote servers that will not affect the connectivity of your Vera unit whatsoever. We apologize for that and if you think you might have problems with your Vera unit please let us know,so we can further investigate.
