Hello, just wondering if anybody could tell me how long support via email is taking to get back to you currently. Been three days now with no reply other than the automated response.
My previous experience was around 24 hours
Also does anyone now if they are still offer live chat support, I can’t seem to find the relevant page any more.

I have called them maybe 4 times in the last year and they answered every-time. I actually just called them yesterday to force update my EDGE to the new software (which didn’t end to good). They answered before it even got to voice mail.
When I needed their help a few weeks back I couldn’t find chat support anywhere. As far as I can tell it is no longer offered.
Hate to say it, but they never responded to e-mail, so I called during their business hours and got right to them. If it were me on that side of pond, I think I would skype to their US toll-free number.
