NX-8V2 with IPdatatel BAT - Plugin

Hello All,
My setup has the 8xV2 with ipdatatel BAT module. I can control the alarm through the ipfob app on my phone.

However, I am looking to integrate the panel and zones with my vera 3. The BAT is connected to home network and even has an IP addressed assigned. Can I use this interface to communicate with the alarm panel instead of going the NX-584 route. If yes, will the plugin on this forum work for my setup as well?

I suspect not. The plugin is hardcoded to speak over a serial connection using the NX-584 serial protocol. Unless your equipment can do that then there is no common language for your equipment and the plugin.
