Anyone else experiencing notifications not sending or having a very long delay today? Could it be something on my end? If I even receive the notification it is taking 1/2 hour or more to get to me.

Well of course Richard would say that… He’s the creator of Vera alerts!
But I don’t know what I would do without a Vera Alerts so I have to agree with him. That’s your solution.
Notifications are still rolling in from earlier today. While troubleshooting I triggered about 10 alerts and I still haven’t received them all.
I’ll have to look into Vera Alerts
