I’ve had a Schlage lock for a number of years. With UI5, I was able to create a wildcard (e.g. *) notification rule that would send an e-mail alert for any unlock event with with the name associated with the PIN number that was used. In UI7, I can create the notification rule with the wildcard - and sure enough, I’ll get the e-mails letting me know the door was unlocked. One problem though, the emails with UI7 don’t include the name associated with the pin code, so I can’t tell who unlocked the door.
Am I doing it wrong?
